Old Navy Accused of Secretly Recording Shoppers’ Website Visits

Old Navy LLC secretly deployed “keystroke monitoring” software to intercept and monitor the keystrokes and mouse clicks of all visitors to its website, according to a proposed class action filed in federal court in California.
