Nurse.com Gets Magistrate Judge’s Nod to Defeat Meta Pixel Suit

The operator of Nurse.com shouldn’t face a Video Privacy Protection Act suit alleging it shares customers’ information with Meta Platforms Inc. without their consent, a federal magistrate judge recommended, because the plaintiffs failed to demonstrate they have standing to sue.
