New TSI Holdings Inc. must face Telephone Consumer Protection Act claims for repeated unwanted phone calls to a man on the National Do Not Call Registry, a federal court in New York ruled.
Patrick Rose alleged that he began receiving solicitation calls for Boston Sports Club after he visited the establishment in 2018. Although Rose asked TSI to stop calling him at least five times, he allegedly continued to receive calls and prerecorded messages offering Boston Sports Club membership promotions.
