Mueller Water Says Unauthorized Cyber Activity Is Contained

Mueller Water Products says all facilities have substantially returned to normal operations following the cybersecurity incident it reported Oct. 28.

• Mueller said it’s delaying its 10-K because the incident disrupted access to certain systems and information
• Company also identified a separate cybersecurity incident, primarily related to a system that was end of life and was already being replaced in the ordinary course of business; investigation and remediation efforts are underway
• Mueller continues to evaluate the financial and other impacts of the incidents
