Minnesota Trucking Company Settles Data Breach Case for $230,000

Bay & Bay Transportation Services will pay $230,000 to settle allegations that it failed to protect the personal information of 6,739 current and former employees that was exposed in a 2021 data breach, under a deal given final approval by a federal court.
