Meta to Defend Bulk of Tax Privacy Claims After Dismissal Order

Meta Platforms Inc. is still facing the bulk of a class action accusing the company of illegally collecting consumers’ tax return data without their consent even after convincing a federal judge to cut several causes of action from the lawsuit.

Judge P.
