Meadowbrook Financial Mortgage Bankers Corp. failed to convince a federal trial court in Pennsylvania to strike a request for a proposed class in a suit alleging the company made unsolicited telemarketing calls.
The request came too early in the proceedings, Chief Judge Matthew W. Brann of the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said March 10.
