Brian Wilton joined McCarter & English as a partner in its government affairs practice in Newark, N.J., the firm announced Wednesday.
Wilton advises businesses on government affairs issues, regulatory and compliance matters, and state and federal government contracts, the firm said. He works with labor and employment issues, commercial contracts, real estate matters, litigation, investigations, corporate governance matters, and insurance issues.
He joins from NJ Transit, where he was general counsel.
