Marten Transport Ltd. agreed to settle a class action suit over a data breach that may have leaked the personal information of hundreds of thousands of job applicants to the company, according to a Friday court filing.
Scott Linman brought the suit in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, alleging that he had suffered injury trying to mitigate his risk of identify theft in the aftermath of the breach.
