Several proposed class actions alleging consulting firm Greylock McKinnon Associates Inc.'s lax security practices led to a May 2023 ransomware that exposed the personal data of more than 300,000 individuals were consolidated in a Massachusetts federal court.
In a consolidated complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the plaintiffs alleged Greylock became aware of the breach in May 2023 but didn’t begin notifying affected customers until February.
