LifeStance Agrees to Stop Using Online Trackers For Five Years

LifeStance Health Group Inc agreed to pay at least $1.2 million to settle a privacy class action over the use of Meta Platforms and Google online trackers, according to a motion for preliminary approval.

The outpatient mental healthcare company also agreed to pay for one year’s use of a privacy monitoring tool for class members, and to stop using the online monitoring tools for at least five years, according to the Aug. 29 filing in the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
