Kochava Inc. again failed to convince a federal judge to throw out the Federal Trade Commission’s lawsuit accusing the data broker of unfair data practices.
The data broker “recycled” several “unpersuasive” arguments it brought in previous motions, District Judge B. Lynn Winmill said in a Monday order denying Kochava’s motion to dismiss in the US District Court for the District of Idaho.
