Khashoggi’s Widow Appeals Dismissal of NSO Group Spying Suit

The widow of murdered Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi appealed a decision by a Virginia federal court last month to dismiss a hacking lawsuit she filed against spyware maker NSO Group Technologies Ltd.

Hanan Elatr Khashoggi accused NSO Group of installing its Pegasus surveillance technology on two of her phones the year before her husband’s kidnapping and killing.
