Judge Rejects Meta Bid for Preliminary Injunction in FTC Case (1)

A Washington district court judge denied a petition from Meta Platforms Inc. to halt the Federal Trade Commission from modifying a privacy agreement while it appeals a November dismissal of the tech company’s challenge.

Judge Timothy Kelly found that Meta failed to show a “likelihood of success” in appealing with claims already rejected by the court.
