Judge Issues Injunction Against Alleged Credit Repair Scheme

A federal judge issued an injunction against Turbo Solutions Inc. and its owner Alex V. Miller for allegedly falsely claiming to remove negative information from credit reports and filing fake identity theft reports, according to the Federal Trade Commission on Monday.

Turbo Solutions, which does business as Alex Miller Credit Repair, and Miller allegedly operate a credit repair scheme, according to a complaint filed by the Department of Justice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of the FTC.
