Judge Consolidates Autobell Car Wash Data Breach Class Actions

A federal judge consolidated a pair of data breach lawsuits brought against Autobell Car Wash LLC over an April cybersecurity incident accused of exposing the data of more than 52,000 people.

Judge Max O. Cogburn Jr. granted plaintiffs’ motion to consolidate the class actions in an order filed on Dec. 31 in the US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
