House Panel Tells Group to End Chinese Access to Supercomputers

House China Panel Chair John Moolenaar calls on the National Science Foundation to revoke Chinese entities’ access to a supercomputer program that he says allows them to remotely access high-powered chips, effectively circumventing export controls for GPUs, including Nvidia’s H100s.
