House Coronavirus Crisis Chair Jim Clyburn requests the CFPB review Equifax, Experian and TransUnion for possible violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, in letter to CFPB Director Rohit Chopra sent Thursday.

  • Clyburn previously requested information on the three companies’ failures to efficiently respond to and resolve credit reporting inaccuracies raised by consumers during the pandemic
