A company that provides administrative services to health-care providers failed to protect sensitive data from bad actors, a proposed class action claims.
NEC Networks LLC, which does business as CaptureRx, acted negligently by failing to safeguard the data from a breach, plaintiff Michelle Rodgers alleged a complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
