Data broker Gravy Analytics Inc. faces a proposed class action accusing the company of failing to adequately secure sensitive location data obtained by a hacker in a data breach uncovered in January.
Named plaintiff Jason Cole and the class are at at imminent risk because the exposed data points can reveal their sensitive behaviors and movements, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
