Alphabet Inc.‘s Google lost its bid to block a lawsuit filed by Washington, D.C.'s attorney general alleging the tech giant deceived consumers about its location tracking practices.

A judge in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia rejected Google’s request to drop the suit in a Wednesday ruling.

D.C.
