Apps with names such as Fun Kid Racing were “surreptitiously exfiltrating” information from children playing the games via an advertising tool from Google, according to a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The complaint was brought by a group of parents who sued on behalf of children under age 13.
