The proposed class members haven’t offered any facts showing they were harmed by the bugs, Google said in a motion to dismiss filed April 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Nor have the plaintiffs shown that any of their personal information could have been affected by the bugs, Google said.
