FloSports Inc. will pay $2.6 million to settle class action claims that the sports video streaming service shared subscribers’ personal viewing information with Facebook without their consent, following a federal judge’s approval of the agreement.
- Judge Angel Kelley approved the settlement in an order filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
