Facebook Says Giant Data-Breach Suit Has No Legs to Stand On (1)

Facebook Inc. says a lawsuit over a data breach that affected almost 30 million users should be tossed because the lawyers who filed it have provided no evidence that anyone was injured by the attack.

The suit was filed last year on behalf of 18 Facebook users seeking to represent a class of 29 million.
