Experian, Equifax Defeat Suit Over T-Mobile Identity Theft

A man who claimed creditors Equifax Information Services LLC, Experian Information Services, Inc., and Trans Union LLC failed to investigate and crack down on fraudulent accounts after his personal information was leaked in a data breach has failed to sufficiently plead his case, a federal judge decided.
