The European Commission is calling companies and individuals to weigh in on proposals to simplify some of its digital rules, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
The commission said Tuesday that it is considering changes to its rules on cookies and tracking technologies and cybersecurity incident reporting, as well as making “targeted adjustments” to the EU AI Act to bring “immediate relief to businesses.”
- The commission will receive comments on its priorities until Oct. 14, with plans to adopt the digital package by the end of the year.
