Estee Lauder Says Unauthorized Party May Have Obtained Some Data

Estee Lauder Companies Inc. has identified a cyber security incident, saying that an unauthorized third party has gained access to some of the company’s systems, according to its statement.

• Company took down some of its systems and started investigation after becoming aware of the incident
• Working to understand the nature and scope of that data
• Incident to continue to cause and disrupt parts of business operations
