Epic Games Scores Partial Arbitration of Minors’ Privacy Suit

Six out of seven plaintiffs in a proposed class action alleging Epic Games Inc. unlawfully collected the personal information of minors must take their claims before an arbitrator, a federal court ruled.

The six plaintiffs all played Epic’s popular Fortnite video game through accounts they themselves created.
