Khianna Parks filed the proposed class action seeking to represent current and former Envoy Air employees whose personal information was accessed by the CL0P cybercriminal group, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Information exposed in the incident included Social Security numbers, birth dates, and financial account information, the complaint said.
