Drizly Data Breach Case Dismissed After Settlement Approval

A proposed data breach class action against alcohol delivery company Drizly LLC was dismissed after the parties’ settlement won final approval and a Massachusetts federal judge issued a final judgment.

The court finds no reason to delay the final judgment, Judge Leo T. Sorokin wrote in an order filed Wednesday and dated Nov. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorneys representing Drizly didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
