A trio of Illinois patrons accused Domino’s of gathering the “highly sensitive ‘voiceprints’ of thousands” of customers in the state since 2020 using an artificial intelligence-assisted technology made by co-defendant ConverseNow Technologies Inc., according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
