Matthew Gruenberg has joined Dentons as a partner with the venture technology and emerging growth companies practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Gruenberg focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, venture capital, and growth equity investments, according to Dentons.
He represents venture capital investors, private equity sponsors, and their respective portfolio companies, Dentons said.
