Czech Company Must Face Southwest Data Scraping Claims (1)

A Czech company will have to face claims it illegally scraped flight information from Southwest Airlines Co. after a Texas federal judge found Southwest had jurisdiction to bring those claims in court.

Texas is the appropriate venue for the complaint because Kiwi.com targeted Southwest computer systems and solicited customers in the state, Judge Ada Brown wrote in an order filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
