An online customer voluntarily dismissed a proposed class action alleging
Krista Cabiltes alleged Ulta collected and stored her biometric identifiers and biometric information without informing her and without obtaining her consent as required by the Illinois law.
The parties filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Cabiltes’ attorney didn’t respond immediately to a request for comment.
