Crazy Maple Studio Subscriber Drops Suit Over Meta Info Sharing

A Crazy Maple Studio Inc. subscriber dropped her lawsuit alleging that the streaming-video provider shared consumers’ video-watching histories with Meta Platforms Inc. in violation of federal and state privacy laws.

Plaintiff Marissa Porcuna filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice of the proposed class action Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Judge William H. Orrick dismissed the case the same day.
