The Federal Trade Commission June 9 announced that an online retailer agreed to be enjoined from making misrepresentations on its websites that it is a participant in the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Program, under a consent judgment approved May 20 by the U.S. District Court for the District of Central California (FTC v.
