Henry Bailey joined Clark Hill as a member in its real estate group in Atlanta, the firm announced Wednesday.
Bailey specializes in supporting developers through land use and zoning processes throughout metropolitan Atlanta, across Georgia, and nationwide. He represents real estate investment funds, institutional landlords, tenants, developers, and property managers in all commercial real estate matters, and helps clients utilize incentives and entitlements through state and local programs, the firm said.
He joins from Morris Manning.
