Chris Krebs, Cyber Official Fired by Trump, Joins Aspen Digital

Christopher Krebs, the former director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency who was fired by President Donald Trump for refusing to refute the integrity of the presidential election, will join Aspen Digital -- a program at the Aspen Institute -- as a senior fellow for cybersecurity policy.

In addition, Krebs will chair a new bipartisan commission at the Aspen Institute on the public information crisis. Funding for the initiative is provided Craig Newmark Philanthropies, started by Craig Newmark, founder of Craigslist Inc.
