Choose Your Horizon Settles Info-Sharing Dispute for $400,000

Telehealth platform Choose Your Horizon Inc. got preliminary court approval for a $400,000 settlement of claims it used third-party online trackers to collect and share, without consent, information on visitors to its website promoting low-dose ketamine therapy.

Class members—about 761 people—won’t be required to submit claim forms to participate in the settlement filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. They’ll get a pro rata cash payment estimated to be worth $337, and those who cash their check may get additional payments.
