A Center for Autism and Related Disorders LLC employee can’t bring her data breach suit against the healthcare servicer in federal court, after a federal judge in San Francisco ruled that she must arbitrate her claims.

Cade Norde filed a proposed class action against CARD in January, alleging it failed to safeguard its employees’ data, which caused her sensitive personal information—like contact and insurance information—to be compromised.
