TikTokers Fighting Montana Ban Boosted By Business Groups (1)

Business interest groups have joined TikTokers in calling on a federal court to block Montana’s app ban, saying it harms small businesses across the state.

“By banning TikTok, Montana seeks to build a virtual wall that will prevent the flow of information both to and from internet users within the State,” said NetChoice LLC and Chamber of Progress, two organizations that say they aim to protect free speech.
