Boutique Axinn Bumps Salaries, Dishes Bonuses for Associates

Litigation boutiques continue to drop summer bonuses.

Antitrust boutique Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider is offering bonuses ranging from $6,000 to up to $25,000, according to a memo viewed by Bloomberg Law.

The firm is also bumping up salaries. First-year associate salaries at the boutique will start at $250,000 and range up to $460,000. Cravath, the white shoe firm that is known for setting Big Law salary levels, last moved in November of 2023 to pay first-year associates $225,000 and senior associates $435,000.
