Blinken: US to Share Assessment on Earlier Russia Cyber Attacks

The US and allies condemn Russia’s “destructive cyber activities against Ukraine,” and are taking steps to recover from cyber incidents and defend against future actions, Secretary of State Antony Blinken says in a statement.
