BBC Hit With Suit Over ‘Deceptive’ Cookie Banner Data Promises

Four website users sued BBC Global News US LLC for allegedly continuing to track and disclose their personal information through third-party tools even after they opted out of data sharing.

Chris Chisholm, Govind Ramabadran, Serge Belozerov, and David Ramirez filed the proposed class action Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
