Bath & Body Works Faces Claims for Credit Card Disclosure

A proposed privacy class action against Bath & Body Works was removed to federal court, with the retailer facing claims that it violated federal law by disclosing too many digits of customers’ credit cards.

The case was removed to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
