A legal challenge to Massachusetts’ right to repair law will proceed after a federal judge there said he plans to deny a motion to dismiss the challenge and “get his hands on the merits.”

“There are too many unanswered questions for me here,” said Judge Douglas P. Woodlock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts during a Wednesday hearing.
