The U.S. government and the Electronic Privacy Information Center, a nonprofit research center, settled their dispute concerning access to information about the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence—created to report on advances in A.I. to the president and Congress.
The parties filed a stipulation of dismissal of their Freedom of Information Act case with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday. The court dismissed the matter Wednesday, according to the docket.
