Tech industry group NetChoice LLC’s lawsuit seeking to block a youth-focused Arkansas social media law will continue with limited discovery, a federal judge ruled.
Judge Timothy Brooks granted in part and denied in part NetChoice’s motion to stay discovery and continue to summary judgment in the case over the state’s Social Media Safety Act in an opinion and order filed Sunday in the US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
