A proposed class action against
Apple, accused of violating computer fraud, consumer privacy, and wiretap laws, is protected by Section 230, which provides immunity for website platforms with respect to third-party content, the company said in a motion to dismiss filed April 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
